Nursery Manager

Suzanne holds a CACHE Certificate Level 3 in childcare and education, a paediatric first aid certificate and a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
Suzanne is a Level 3 Forest School Leader with Outdoor First Aid certificate.
Suzanne is also Designated Safeguarding Lead and Lead on Behaviour Management and SEND lead.

Key Person
​
Each child is given a member of staff as their ‘key person’. This staff member will get to know you and your child on your settling-in visits and will be responsible for ensuring your child is happy and settled each day.
The key person is your first point of contact with the nursery and they are also responsible for monitoring your child’s progress by observing your child within the setting.
Observations are recorded in your child’s profile. We encourage you to meet regularly with your child’s keyworker to see all that your child has done.
As part of the partnership between parents and the nursery we ask that you help us by letting us know anything your child has done outside of the setting so that we can add these to your child’s profile. We provide WOW slips on our parents table in our entrance area.
